Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will engage in financial analysis, develop detailed financial models, assess investment opportunities, and conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment strategies, market research, and capital-raising initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, opportunities, and insights from complex data
  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Investments, with the ability to create detailed financial forecasts
  • Expertise in Finance with a solid foundation in investment principles and market dynamics
  • Experience conducting Due Diligence to evaluate financial and operational risks in potential transactions
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications like CFA are a plus)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis


The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience processing equity corporate actions along with strong communication skills.


Key responsibilities would include:

* Identifying and communicating corporate action notices to Investment Managers

* Tracking responses and communicating elections to custodians

* Processing voluntary and mandatory corporate actions accurately and on time across internal systems

* Coordinating with internal partners to support end-to-end processing

* Monitoring corporate actions with custodian banks and resolving discrepancies as needed
