AVP — Deal Advisory & Institutional Coverage

HGG Capital is a financial advisory and deal arrangement platform focused on private credit, structured debt, infrastructure finance, and renewable energy transactions — typically in the ₹50 Cr to ₹500 Cr range.

We’re a lean, high-performance team looking for one sharp individual to join us.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Own and build institutional relationships — NBFCs, credit funds, PE funds, family offices

• Independently pitch live mandates and drive origination conversations

• Prepare IMs, teasers, credit notes, and financial models

• Manage transactions end-to-end — from first interaction to closure

🔹 What we’re looking for:

✔ 3–5 years in investment banking, financial advisory, or NBFC origination

✔ Strong institutional network in Delhi NCR / Gurugram (non-negotiable)

✔ Solid financial modelling skills — project finance, structured debt, DCF

✔ Ability to independently create institutional-grade documentation

✔ CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institution preferred
