Role: Investment Banking Intern- Corporate Finance
About the Job:
Conduct research and review financial information and market trends.
Issue debt and trade equity to increase capital.
Help In raising capital for the company
Preparation of Business Plans, Valuation Models, Information Memorandum, Company Profiles, Pitchbook, and Investor Decks.
Lead and support clients through the expansion of the corporate and personal enterprise.
Prepare legal and financial records to complete investments, acquisitions, and purchases.
Examine all risks and give financial advice.
Identify and clear potential investors.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and legal issues in the financial industry.
Assembles financial models to value debt and equity and assist in investment and financial planning decisions.
Creates and gives presentations for existing and prospective client portfolios.
Assists in preparing quarterly reports and letters to clients.
Manages all stages of client interaction, from the sales pitch to the investment contract.
Conducts industry research and develops relationships to help acquire new clients.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Educational Qualification:
B.com, CA, CWA, CFM pursuing students seeking an Internship in a reputed firm and want to work directly with industry experts.
Stipend & Perks:
Stipend: 15000/month
Note: This is an Internship with a pre-placement offer (PPO), but the placement after the internship will be completely dependent upon your performance during the internship and all the other factors.
