Meritshot is looking for experienced Investment Banking professionals to join us as Freelance Investment Banking Instructors and mentor aspiring finance professionals across India.
If you've spent years working on live deals and want to share your expertise while earning additional income on weekends, this opportunity is for you.
💼 Position
Freelance Investment Banking Instructor
📍 Location: Remote (Online)
🗓️ Schedule: Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
⏰ Session Duration: 90–120 Minutes
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹2,500 per session
💳 Payout: Monthly
We're Looking For Professionals With:
✅ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Investment Banking experience
Strong expertise in:
✔ Financial Modeling (3-Statement Models, DCF, LBO & M&A Models)
✔ Valuation (Trading Comps, Precedent Transactions & DCF)
✔ M&A, ECM or Advisory Transactions
✔ Advanced Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint
✔ Complete Deal Lifecycle (Pitching → Mandate → Due Diligence → Negotiation → Closing)
Most importantly, we're looking for professionals who can bring real deal experience, practical insights, and industry best practices into the virtual classroom.
