Role Description
The selected candidate will be involved in end-to-end IPO and capital market assignments, including DRHP drafting, financial and secretarial due diligence, regulatory filings, compliance management, and coordination with clients, legal advisors, auditors, stock exchanges, and SEBI. This role offers excellent exposure to live IPO transactions across NSE Emerge, BSE SME, and Mainboard platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience in Investments and Investment Strategies
- Expertise in Finance and Portfolio Management
- Proficiency in performing Due Diligence and risk analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Mininmum 2 year of Work-Experience in Finance Field
