About the RoleWe’re hiring an Investment Banking Associate to support deal execution, investment analysis, and portfolio-related work across growth-stage companies. This role is ideal for someone who can independently build financial models and translate numbers into clear investment insights.
You’ll work closely with the investment team on evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and supporting portfolio companies post-investment.
Key Responsibilities- Build detailed financial models from scratch, including operating models, DCFs, and scenario analyses
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial and strategic analysis
- Conduct market research, industry deep dives, and competitive benchmarking
- Support deal execution across M&A, growth equity, and venture investments
- Prepare investment memos, IC materials, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with portfolio companies on financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking
- Assist in due diligence, data room management, and coordination with external advisors
What We’re Looking For- 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modeling skills. Ability to build models independently without relying on templates is essential
- Solid understanding of valuation, financial statements, and deal structuring
- Experience working on live transactions or investments
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred Background- Experience evaluating startups or growth-stage businesses
- Exposure to venture capital or growth equity deals
- CFA Level 1 or above
- Experience working with global teams or cross-border transactions
