We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in front-end investment banking advisory to join our team at Bangalore.
Position: Investment Banking Associate/Sr Associate
Experience: 1-4 years of front-end investment banking experience
Qualification: CA or MBA from IIM’s/ISB/FMS/MDI
Location: Bangalore

Role Overview - The role involves working with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development. Key aspects include (among others):
1. Transaction Execution
- Work directly with founders, promoters, and investors
- Prepare Information Memorandums, detailed Business Plans with analysis and insights
- Valuation analysis and support for deal negotiations
- Coordination & support for due diligence and documentation till deal closure
2. Business Development
- Industry research, analysis & landscaping
- Outreach and networking with potential clients and investors
- Prepare Company profiles, pitch decks
- Participate in industry forums, events, etc.
Required Skills: Candidate would
- Need to be a self-starter with high levels of ownership,
- Have the ability to work in dynamic and unstructured work environments,
- Possess excellent communication skills,
- Have excellent analytical skills as well as proficiency in excel, powerpoint, word, etc.
- Have the ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
