Candle Partners is looking to hire an Associate for its Corporate Finance team based out of Mumbai

- The firm has successfully closed 55+ transactions (USD 700 Mn+ in cumulative transaction value)
- While the firm is sector agnostic, majority of the firm’s work has been in the Chemicals, Health Sciences, Consumer & Retail, Technology, Industrials & Business Services
Role:
The candidate would be assisting the execution team in the entire transaction process for M&A / PE & VC Fund-raise mandates
- Preparation of Company materials for prospective Buyers / Investors
- Support the Due Diligence process
- Preparation of Pitch books and Valuation for new mandates
- Handling adhoc research requests or information requests as per client or team requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with leading Investment Banks, Private Equity or Diligence firms (Big 6 preferred)
- A graduate/post-graduate from a top tier college or CFA/CA would be preferred
- Strong analytical skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency of MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word and keen interest in leveraging AI tools
- Freshers with no relevant deal advisory / IB experience are requested not to apply
