Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Analyst, based in Mumbai. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing in-depth financial and market analysis, supporting due diligence, creating detailed industry reports, and aiding in the preparation of pitch books and presentations. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to execute transaction mandates effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of corporate finance principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and market trends
- Proficiency in performing due diligence and analyzing investment opportunities
- Knowledge of Investment Banking concepts, processes, and best practices
- Proficient in Excel, financial tools, and presentation software
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in investment banking or financial services is a plus
