Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Investment Banking Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial modeling, supporting due diligence efforts, analyzing data to evaluate financial and strategic opportunities, and assisting in executing investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. The role will also involve preparing detailed presentations, reports, and recommendations to support client goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and familiarity with valuation techniques
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with Due Diligence processes, including research and analysis
- Background in Finance and Investment Banking, with a solid understanding of market trends
- Proficiency with financial tools and software such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
