Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Banking Analyst based in Gurgaon. The Analyst will manage end-to-end financial modeling, perform due diligence, and assist in deal structuring and execution. Responsibilities include preparing pitch decks and investment materials, conducting market and industry analysis, supporting client engagements, and facilitating capital raising initiatives. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with teams on mergers and acquisitions while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with investment banking processes, deal structuring, and capital markets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting pitch decks
- Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and strategic advisory
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience or internships in investment banking or corporate finance are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA/CFA qualification is a plus)
