Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to support financial transactions, strategic advisory, financial analysis, and deal execution. The role involves working closely with senior bankers and clients, preparing financial models and presentations, and coordinating with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Execution:
- Lead and manage deal execution processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful completion of transactions
2. Financial Analysis:
- Perform advanced financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario planning.
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to support client recommendations.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships.
- Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored financial solutions and advice
4. Pitching and Presentations:
- Oversee the preparation of pitch books, offering memoranda, and presentations for client meetings.
- Present analysis and recommendations to clients and senior management.
5. Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project outcomes.
6. Transaction Structuring:
- Assist in structuring complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and debt offerings.
- Evaluate various financing options and recommend optimal solutions for clients.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all transactions and activities comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA – Finance
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and knowledge of Finance principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of investment banking processes, financial markets, and industry trends.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic
