🚀 FundTQ is Hiring | Investment Banking Analyst – Fundraising & M&A
FundTQ is looking to hire a high-calibre Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team in Gurgaon.
Over the last year, FundTQ has successfully closed 15+ marquee fundraising and M&A transactions, advising high-growth companies and promoters across multiple sectors. Our team works closely with leading institutional investors and strategic corporates such as Reliance Industries, Adani Group, Tata Group, Mahindra Group, Aditya Birla Group, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a strong career in Investment Banking, with hands-on exposure to deal execution, financial modelling, valuation, and investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end execution of fundraising and M&A mandates
• Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, and financial projections
• Prepare investor pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Coordinate with promoters, founders, and senior management teams
• Assist in investor outreach, deal discussions, and transaction processes
Candidate Profile:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Investment Banking / Deal Advisory / Transaction Advisory / Corporate Finance
✔ Strong skills in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis
✔ Experience in preparing pitch decks and investment presentations
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Prior exposure to fundraising or M&A transactions
