Role OverviewWe are looking for someone who can own fundraising, financial strategy, and business structuring end-to-end.
This is not a support role — this is a core strategic role, where you will:
➡️ Drive capital strategy
➡️ Lead investor conversations
➡️ Structure the business for scale
➡️ Work closely with the founder on execution
Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution (Core)- Build:
- Fundraising roadmap (pre-seed → seed → scale)
- Identify and connect with:
- Angels, VCs, HNIs, strategic investors
- Lead:
- Investor outreach
- Pitch meetings
- Negotiations
- Drive deals from:
- First conversation → term sheet → closure
2. Financial Modeling & Unit Economics- Build and manage:
- Financial models
- Revenue projections across multiple verticals
- Define:
- Unit economics for:
- Kiosks
- Meal systems
- Supply chain
- Infrastructure layers
- Align business model with profitability and scalability
3. Investor Narrative & Materials- Create:
- Pitch decks
- Investor notes
- Business updates
- Translate Kefilo into a compelling story across:
- Vision
- Execution
- Scalability
- IP moat
4. Business Structuring & Strategy- Work on:
- Company structuring
- Revenue model design
- Market entry strategy
- Support decisions on:
- Pricing
- Expansion
- Partnerships
5. Cross-Functional Business Operations- Work closely with:
- Product
- Operations
- Marketing
- Track:
- Performance metrics
- Growth signals
- Solve:
- Business bottlenecks
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution
6. Partnerships & Network Building- Build relationships with:
- Investors
- Strategic partners (supply chain, infra, distribution)
- Enable:
- Growth through partnerships and collaborations
7. Governance, Equity & Scale Readiness- Manage:
- Cap table
- Equity structuring
- Support:
- Legal and compliance alignment for fundraising
- Ensure:
- Investor readiness at every stage
