- Gyms & fitness ecosystems
- Corporates (B2B wellness)
- Home-care models
- Specialized segments (geriatric, pregnancy, lifestyle disorders)
The vision is to create a scalable, data-driven healthcare system by validating models in real-world environments and expanding across markets.
Role OverviewWe are looking for someone who can own fundraising + financial strategy + business operations end-to-end.
This is not just an investment banking role — it is a Founder’s Office + Finance + Strategy hybrid role, where you will:
➡️ Drive capital strategy
➡️ Lead investor conversations
➡️ Structure the business for scale
➡️ Support execution across key business functions
Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution (Core)- Build:
- Fundraising roadmap (pre-seed → seed → beyond)
- Identify and connect with:
- Angels, VCs, HNIs
- Lead:
- Investor outreach
- Pitch meetings
- Negotiations
- Drive deals from:
- First conversation → term sheet → closure
2. Financial Modeling & Business Planning- Build and manage:
- Financial models
- Revenue projections
- Unit economics
- Align:
- Business model with financial sustainability
- Support:
- Pricing, margins, and scaling decisions
3. Investor Communication & Materials- Create:
- Pitch decks
- Investor notes
- Business reports
- Continuously refine:
- Story, traction, and vision narrative
- Ensure:
- Clarity, credibility, and investor alignment
4. Business Operations & Strategic Execution- Work across:
- Product
- Marketing
- Operations
- Help:
- Structure execution
- Track performance
- Solve business bottlenecks
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution
5. Partnerships & Network Building- Build relationships with:
- Investors
- Strategic partners
- Ecosystem players
- Enable:
- Business expansion through strong networks
6. Governance, Structuring & Scale Readiness- Support:
- Company structuring
- Equity planning
- Cap table management
- Ensure:
- Investor readiness
- Compliance with fundraising requirements
What I’m Looking For- Background in:

- Strong understanding of:
- Fundraising, financial modeling, and business metrics
- Ability to:
- Handle investor conversations independently
- Think strategically and execute practically
- Comfort working in:
- 0→1 startup environment
