Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Pune City. The Sales Consultant will focus on engaging with clients to understand their property needs and offer tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include providing expert consultation, conducting market research, managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will contribute to achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting practices
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and understand customer needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate sector or sales is an advantage
• Proactive attitude with a goal-oriented, professional mindset
