The incubator acts as a catalyst for early-stage startups, fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization across various technology and business sectors.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, curious, and analytically sharp Investment Associate Intern to join our investment team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of Investor outreach, market research, and startup backing. You will work closely with investment leads and partners to analyze high-growth technology startups, perform due diligence, and support live deal execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial statement breakdown, and quantitative modeling
- Startup Metrics: Familiarity with key early and growth-stage startup metrics (ARR, MRR, LTV/CAC, Churn, Burn Multiple, Net Retention).
- Market Curiosity: Deep passion for venture capital, technology trends, business strategy, and the startup ecosystem.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex data into clear, persuasive investment arguments.
- Self-Starter Mentality: High level of initiative, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
