Hiring: Associate / Analyst – Real Estate Investments
📍 Location: Mumbai
🧠 Experience: 4–8 years
We are looking to hire an Associate / Analyst to support investment and expansion strategy within a fast-growing platform in the industrial and logistics real estate space.
This role offers strong exposure to acquisitions, financial modelling, and transaction execution, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact deals.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, land acquisitions, and build-to-suit developments, supporting the full lifecycle from analysis to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis)
- Evaluate land acquisition and BTS (build-to-suit) opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis
- Support deal structuring and transaction execution
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and internal notes
- Perform market research and competitive analysis
- Assist in due diligence across financial, legal, and technical aspects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate investments / financial modelling
- Strong experience in financial modelling and IM preparation
- Background in real estate, private equity, consulting, or advisory
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / CA / CFA
- Understanding of the Indian logistics / industrial real estate market
Key Skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
