Job details:
As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment and portfolio management activities. You will work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential investments, conduct due diligence, and monitor portfolio companies. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Investment Evaluation
· Comprehensive analysis of Business model including value chain, regulations, management capability etc.
· Identify key risks & mitigants
· Prepare detailed investment memorandums and present recommendations to the Investment Committee as reqd.
Financial Analysis & Deal Structuring
· Prepare financial/spreads
· Assess financial profile & cash flows
· Structure the deal including terms, covenants, security etc. for downside protection
Portfolio Management
· Quarterly performance/ Covenant compliance tracking
· Proactively identify early stress indicators and initiate mitigation plans
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 4 years of experience in investment or business roles within corporate banking, emerging corporates, structured finance, or private credit across banks, NBFCs, or credit funds.
· Individuals with experience as Analysts or Assistant Relationship Managers are encouraged to apply
