At Makia Capital, our journey in the SME & venture capital space has been built on strong governance, compliance, and financial discipline. We are looking to onboard a CA Article Trainee at our office in South Extension Part 1, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts for the Investment Manager and the Fund
• Support financial due diligence for SME IPOs & private equity transactions
• Assist in fund accounting and reporting for AIF structures
• Prepare investor presentations and financial models (peer comparison, dilution, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors, fund administrators, and legal advisors
• Assist in investor outreach and administrative tasks
• Support business development activities, including identifying potential clients and assisting in proposal preparation
Eligibility Criteria
• CA Intermediate (Both Groups) cleared and eligible for articleship (IT & OC completed)
• Strong analytical mindset with good command over Excel and research
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Only freshers (no transfer cases)
• Candidates must be based in Delhi (No relocation candidates will be considered)
Important Notes
• Once selected, no transfer requests will be entertained during the articleship period
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
