We provide end-to-end financial solutions including company registration, grant facilitation under government schemes, fundraising advisory, debt structuring, and investment solutions tailored to entrepreneurs and growth-stage businesses. Our mission is to bridge the gap between promising businesses and the capital they need to thrive.
Role Overview

In this role, you will support end-to-end investment processes — from deal sourcing and financial analysis to client relationship management and portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, has a foundational understanding of financial markets and startup ecosystems, and is eager to build a career in investment advisory and deal-making.
This is a high-exposure role that offers direct interaction with founders, investors, and senior leadership, making it an excellent launchpad for a career in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.

Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline through research, networking, and outreach.

Support preparation of investor pitch decks, information memorandums (IMs), and financial data rooms.
Coordinate with external investors, VCs, angel networks, and NBFCs during fundraising mandates.
3. Government Grant & Scheme Advisory
Guide clients through applicable government grant programs (Startup India, SIDBI, DPIIT, MSME schemes, etc.).
Assist in documentation, eligibility mapping, and submission for grant applications.
Stay current on new government initiatives, incentives, and funding programs relevant to clients.
4. Client Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring regular and proactive communication.
Track client progress, flag risks, and provide updates to senior management.
Build long-term relationships with founders, promoters, and finance teams of portfolio clients.
5. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor financial performance and milestones of active deal portfolios.
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Track compliance, covenants, and post-disbursement obligations where applicable.
6. Market Research & Sector Intelligence
Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and macroeconomic factors.
Generate sector-wise insights to inform investment strategy and client advisory.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
MBA in Finance / CFA Level I or above / CA (Inter or Final) — preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, or NBFC/lending operations.
Exposure to deal execution, credit assessment, or financial modelling in a professional setting.
Internship experience in investment firms or financial services will be considered favourably.
Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis).
Strong command over Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint for client deliverables.
Understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and fundraising instruments.
Working knowledge of government schemes for startups and MSMEs (Startup India, GeM, SIDBI, etc.).
Ability to interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
