Seeking Investing Co-Founder | Building the "Refinery" for India’s Fresh Talent
The Mission: In India, we don't have a talent shortage; we have a verification crisis.
Degrees are no longer a guarantee of skill. At GrowthYari, we are building an AI-driven "Talent Refinery" that turns non-tech students into high-performance, people-facing professionals (Sales, Support, BD) through a rigorous Dojo-style "Proof of Work" model.
We have the Startup India Certification, a functional AI workflow roadmap, and a massive target market starting right here in Delhi NCR.
The Gap: I am a "non-tech builder" and an entrepreneur focused on the product, the vision, and the "Refinery" logic. I am looking for a Co-Founder who is ready to skin the game—financially, mentally, and strategically.
Who You Are:
- The Investor: You have the capital to fuel our initial 0-to-1 build (Delhi NCR pilot).
- The Operator: You don't just "consult"; you build. You have expertise in either EdTech, HR-Tech, or Scaling Sales Teams.
- The Believer: You understand that "Proof of Work" is the future of global hiring.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with me on high-level strategy and fundraising.
- Helping refine the "Sales Mindset" curriculum and Dojo simulations.
- Opening doors to recruitment partners and enterprise clients.
- Co-owning the vision of making GrowthYari the global standard for labor-market refinery.
