Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Investigator role based in Ranchi. The Investigator will be responsible for conducting field investigations, gathering and verifying customer information, and identifying potential risks or fraud. They will also be tasked with preparing detailed reports, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation/Post Graduation is must.
- Experience in Vigilance, Fraud Investigation and report drafting is preferred.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills to gather and assess customer information effectively
- Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail for creating comprehensive and accurate documentation
- Proficient communication and collaboration abilities
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment methods is preferred
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and an ability to work effectively on-site
- Familiarity with financial services, particularly loans or microfinance, is an advantage
- Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience.
