We’re Hiring || Investigation Manager
- Location: Pan India
- Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end internal investigations across business functions.
- Handle cases related to fraud, misconduct, compliance breaches, and policy violations.
- Conduct fact-finding interviews and prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Operations teams for case resolution.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify process gaps and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure unbiased, ethical investigation practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance, Corporate Investigations, or related domain.
- Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
- Exposure to BPO/ITeS or large corporate environments preferred.
- High integrity, strong decision-making ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing a team and handling complex, high-impact cases.
