📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
🏥 Industry: Hospital / Healthcare / Biomedical Equipment
⏳ Experience: 6–10 Years (Hospital experience mandatory)
We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end inventory operations for hospital and biomedical equipment. The role involves strategic inventory planning, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

📦 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage complete warehouse and inventory operations
✔ Develop inventory control policies and SOPs
✔ Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and periodic audits
✔ Handle storage, dispatch, and handling of biomedical equipment and spares
✔ Lead and train warehouse and inventory teams
✔ Coordinate with procurement, biomedical, finance, and hospital teams
✔ Monitor inventory KPIs to reduce stock loss and downtime
✔ Prepare MIS reports and present inventory performance
🎯 Required Skills
- Strong experience in hospital inventory management
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment and medical devices
- ERP / Inventory systems and MS Excel expertise
- Team leadership and process improvement experience
🎓 Preferred Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Biomedical, or related field
📌 Additional Requirements
- Flexible working hours and emergency support readiness
- Willingness to relocate to Gurugram
- High accountability and ownership
