Position Overiew
We are looking for an organized and analytical Inventory Mapping & Operations Executive to support warehouse inventory mapping and operational coordination across teams. The role requires strong Excel skills and basic business understanding to ensure accurate data management and process flow.
Key Responsibility
• Map orders to warehouse-level inventory
• Prepare and maintain Excel files for inventory mapping and tracking
• Share mapped data with finance and other internal teams for processing
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational accuracy
• Maintain organized records and support reporting activities
Required Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic business understanding and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
