We are looking for a Head – Parts, Accessories & Supply Chain to lead our operations across Tripura and Barak Valley.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems through data, systems and people.
Your Mission
- Build a data-driven supply chain across multiple locations
- Reduce inventory carrying days
- Minimize dead and slow-moving inventory
- Improve stock availability and forecasting
- Lead a team of 25+ professionals, including Parts and Accessories Managers
- Standardize processes across Maruti, Honda 2W and Accessories operations
Success After 12 Months
✔ Inventory carrying days reduced to 30 days
✔ Stock older than 6 months reduced to less than 10% of monthly turnover
✔ Data-driven decision making embedded across the department
✔ Stronger profitability through better inventory management
We are looking for someone who has
- Strong leadership capability
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, supply chain or parts operations
- Ability to lead change across multiple locations
Automobile experience is preferred, but professionals from supply chain, distribution, warehouse operations and FMCG with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation: ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
