Timings : European Shift (11:30 am to 08:30 pm) April to Oct , Nov to March (12pm to 09pm)

Workings Days : 5 days a week (in office)

Location : Gurugram Sec 15

Salary upto 10 LPA

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Inventory & Purchase Planner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of purchasing and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


1.    Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.

2.    Forecast demand and create purchase plans based on sales trends, seasonality, and market analysis.

3.    Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory turnover to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

4.    Coordinate with other departments such as sales, production, and finance to align purchasing activities with overall business goals.

5.    Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and disposal of obsolete inventory.

6.    Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels, and generate reports.

7.    Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in purchasing and inventory management.


Requirements:


1.    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

2.    Minimum 3 Years of experience in purchase planning and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.

3.    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

4.    Excellent communication skills.

5.    Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

6.    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

7.    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

8.    Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.


Skills Preferred:


1.    Certification in supply chain management

2.    Experience with lean inventory principles or Six Sigma methodologies.

3.    Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
