Inventory & Logistics Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning and fulfilment operations across Purple Bird’s growing product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast demand using sales trends, seasonality, campaigns and corporate orders.
- Plan replenishment and monitor stock-outs, excess inventory and ageing stock.
- Coordinate procurement, inwarding, warehousing, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across Shopify, Zoho and physical stock.
- Conduct stock reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage courier partners, delivery timelines and logistics costs.
- Build simple dashboards for inventory health and fulfilment performance.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, retail operations or logistics.
- Strong forecasting and inventory planning capabilities.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Zoho or similar systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable with hands-on execution.
Graphic Designer
We are looking for a designer with refined visual judgement and an elevated understanding of Indian design, culture and luxury.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media, website, newsletter and campaign creatives.
- Design catalogues, presentations, packaging adaptations and print collateral.
- Develop visual identities for collections, festivals and gifting occasions.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain consistency across Purple Bird’s visual language.
- Work closely with the founders, marketing team and photographers.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of design experience, preferably with a premium consumer brand.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout and art direction.
- Appreciation of Indian art, textiles, architecture and craft.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience across both digital and print design.
Marketing InternSix-Month Internship
A hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about luxury, Indian design and brand building.
You Will
- Support the marketing and content calendar.
- Assist with social media, newsletters and campaign execution.
- Research consumer trends, cultural moments and competitors.
- Coordinate shoots, collaborations, launches and influencer outreach.
- Track campaign performance and update website content.
Ideal Candidate
A student or recent graduate with strong communication skills, visual awareness, curiosity and a willingness to take ownership.
Business Development InternSix-Month Internship
A practical opportunity to learn how a growing luxury gifting brand acquires customers and builds partnerships.
You Will
- Research corporate, hospitality, retail and institutional prospects.
- Support outreach, follow-ups and lead tracking.
- Assist with gifting proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Identify new partnership and sales opportunities.
- Help move enquiries from initial conversation to fulfilment.
Ideal Candidate
A confident and organised student or recent graduate with strong research, communication and commercial skills.
