Job Responsibilities- Oversee and manage end-to-end inventory operations across the facility
- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production and dispatch
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
- Implement inventory control systems and best practices
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials
- Minimize inventory losses, wastage, and obsolete stock
- Manage ERP systems related to inventory and stock management
- Lead and train the inventory team for efficient operations
Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse management
- Experience in manufacturing industry (Automotive/Industrial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques and ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
Preferred Skills- Experience in handling large-scale inventory
- Knowledge of lean inventory practices (FIFO, JIT, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
