Role: Inventory Management Executive
Location: Registered Office, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Qualification: B.Com / Engineering (or related discipline)
Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and capabilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to join our team at our registered office, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, process control, and physical stock verification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Stock Control:
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all SKUs and locations.
- Set up and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stock movement, storage, and handling.
- Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies, shortages, or excess inventory promptly.
2. Physical Verification & Audits:
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts, reconciling with system records.
- Investigate and resolve variances between physical stock and recorded inventory.
- Prepare and maintain audit documentation and reconciliation reports.
3. Process & Systems Control:
- Design and implement checks and control mechanisms to prevent stock leakage, damage, or mismanagement.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward stock movements (GRNs, stock transfers, returns).
- Continuously identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen inventory controls.
4. Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with the order fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- Liaise with artisans, vendors, and warehouse staff to track incoming stock and production timelines.
- Support replenishment planning based on stock trends and sales velocity.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate periodic inventory and stock audit reports for management review.
- Track trends in stock discrepancies and propose corrective action plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control mechanisms and physical audit processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word); familiarity with inventory/ERP software is a plus.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain discipline in process adherence, and handle physical stock verification routines.
- Good communication skills to coordinate across teams, vendors, and artisans.
