The Opportunity
UST is looking for Inventory Data Analyst.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and PowerBI.
- Collect, organize, and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inventory requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data and client requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize inventory management.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management and data analytics
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with other MS Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
