Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping and receiving, managing inventory levels, and conducting physical inventory counts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring smooth inventory control processes and providing support for operational efficiency in warehouse management.
Job description:
- A diploma or any degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with an ERP system; proficiency in ERP Efitrack is required.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory is a significant advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Validation) are crucial for reporting.
- Excellent Email Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with team members and suppliers.
- Stack & Rack Management: Proven ability to organize a warehouse for maximum efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Inward & Outward Process Management: In-depth knowledge of receiving and dispatching procedures and documentation.
- Reporting & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to compile data, identify trends, and generate accurate summary reports.
- Documentation Handling: Meticulous experience in preparing and managing Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders, and other inventory documents.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
