Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: Pune District, Maharashtra, India
Experience: 6+ years
Job Type : Contract to hire.
Notice Period: Immediate
Activities:
- Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Controlling SAP / ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking, and real-time troubleshooting for receiving issues.
- Work closely with CEMs to apply reporting and accuracy and control on inventory.
- Develop and implement tools and methods to accurately report inventory status and supplier performance
- Coordinate with operations teams at multiple sites to understand inventory challenges and solve issues.
- Working with CEMs on system errors and implementing improvements.
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. in logistics/inventory management.
- 1+ years of experience in a planning or inventory control role, preferably in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP) for production planning and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with optical/PCBA/electronics assembly is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting challenges, monitoring progress, and addressing capacity constraints
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, managers, engineers, and diverse global teams
- Must be very Fluent in both spoken and written English; comfortable communicating with multiple nationalities daily
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
