Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Associate, located in Kendujhar. The role involves managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records. It also includes conducting regular inventory audits, collaborating with the purchasing and sales teams for stock forecasting, and ensuring efficient stock handling and storage. The Inventory Associate will interact with customers and address their inventory-related queries while upholding excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, including inventory tracking, stock control, and reporting
- Strong skills in Inventory and Inventory Control practices
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with teams and customers effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate records and efficient stock handling
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in retail inventory management or a related field is preferred
