Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory and Dispatch Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves managing the inventory and dispatch processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include overseeing stock levels, coordinating dispatches, supervising logistics operations, managing staff in the department, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, communicating with team members and clients, and resolving any operational challenges that arise.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams effectively
- Proficiency in Dispatching operations and inventory management processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and collaborators
- Familiarity with Operations Management to ensure efficiency and timely delivery
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of inventory and dispatch software is a plus
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
