About SiTime
SiTime is the Precision Timing company.
Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.
Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com .

This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of inventory-related B2B flows by proactively identifying errors, partnering with Operations and IT teams to resolve issues, and driving systemic fixes to prevent recurrence. The ideal candidate is analytical, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage inventory data across multiple locations, suppliers, and manufacturing stages (wafer, die, WIP, FG).
- Monitor B2B / EDI inventory transactions (e.g., receipts, shipments, transfers, consumption) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Proactively identify, track, and manage transactional errors, failures, and data mismatches across systems.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to troubleshoot and clear B2B errors impacting inventory visibility, execution, and timeliness.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate system corrections, reprocessing, and validation to ensure data flows are restored accurately.
- Maintain clear documentation of errors, resolutions, and recurring patterns to support continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel trackers, reconciliations, and dashboards to monitor error volumes, turnaround times, and trends.
- Act as an operational point of contact for inventory-related system issues, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Support testing and validation activities related to system changes, enhancements, or new trading partner setups.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system and workflow improvements to reduce manual intervention and error rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in inventory operations, data analysis, or system support within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain flows (foundry, OSAT, WIP, finished goods).
- Hands-on experience with B2B / EDI transaction monitoring or operational system support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- PivotTables and Pivot Charts
- Advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, IF logic)
- Power Query and data cleansing
- Large data-set analysis and exception tracking
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and upstream/downstream integrations.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues quickly, and drive resolution.
Desired Characteristics & Attributes
- High energy, proactive, and action-oriented; drives issues to closure.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; able to work effectively across Operations, IT, and Supply Chain.
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and process ambiguity.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on prevention, not just resolution.
