Job Title: Inventory Analytics Specialist

About the Role:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analytics Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in inventory data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Python, and Java to analyze inventory trends, optimize stock levels, and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop inventory plans based on sales forecasts and demand trends
- Monitor stock levels, aging, sell-through, and replenishment cycles
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling).
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Reduce stock-outs and overstock situations
- Analyze inventory performance (ABC, FSN, aging reports)
- Support new product launches with planning inputs
- Prepare MIS reports and inventory dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Inventory Analytics or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Java for data analysis or automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly.
