Job Description
An Inventory Analyst in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing inventory processes to ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

- Manage periodic reviews of safety stock levels and reorder points to minimize stockouts.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve inventory management processes.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on inventory management techniques and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of forecasting methods and inventory control principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities to identify and rectify inventory issues.
- Experience conducting inventory audits and maintaining data integrity across systems.
