Inventory Accountant (Tally Expert) – Manufacturing Setup📍 Location: Delhi (On-site)

About UsWe are a fast-growing manufacturing company in the microfiber products space, supplying across India through e-commerce and distribution channels. With increasing scale, we are strengthening our inventory control systems and production accounting.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Inventory Accountant with strong expertise in TallyPrime who can own stock accuracy end-to-end across:
👉 Raw Material (Fabric Rolls)
👉 Cutting
👉 Stitching
👉 Packing
👉 Finished Goods
This is not a desk-only accounting role — you will work closely with factory teams to ensure real-time and accurate inventory tracking.
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control- Maintain accurate stock in Tally (kg → pcs → finished SKU)
- Track inward, outward, and inter-stage movements
- Ensure real-time stock updates
Production Accounting- Map fabric consumption (GSM-based)
- Track WIP across cutting, stitching, packing
- Monitor wastage, rejection, and shortages
Reconciliation- Daily / weekly stock checks vs physical inventory
- Identify mismatches and root causes
- Ensure clean monthly inventory closing
Tally Management- Maintain item masters (SKU, size, color, GSM)
- Generate reports: stock summary, consumption, ageing
- Work with TDL / integrations if applicable
Process Improvement- Build and enforce SOPs for inventory tracking
- Coordinate with factory, dispatch, and purchase teams
- Improve system accuracy and reduce leakages
✅ Who Should Apply✔ 3–6 years experience in inventory / factory accounting
✔ Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP / TallyPrime
✔ Experience in manufacturing (textile preferred)
✔ Comfortable working on shop floor with supervisors
✔ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Amazon / e-commerce inventory
- Exposure to production systems / TDL integration
