- 6+ years in retail planning, forecasting, or merchandise planning support

- Strong retail domain expertise:
- Forecasting
- OTB
- Assortment Planning
- Allocation & Replenishment
- Promotions & Markdown Optimization
- Seasonality Planning
- Advanced SQL skills:
- Complex queries
- Window functions
- Performance tuning
- Data validation/reconciliation
- Hands-on with:
- REST APIs
- ETL troubleshooting
- SFTP/CSV integrations
- Scripting: Python, Bash
- Linux, log analysis, and SaaS platform knowledge
- Experience handling high-severity incidents and RCA documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support:
- Incident triage, mitigation, RCA, and closure
- Customer communication during critical incidents
- Troubleshoot:
- Data/integration issues
- ETL, REST API, SFTP/CSV failures
- SKU/store hierarchy and promotion/calendar issues
- Analyze forecast variances and recommend fixes
- Reproduce defects and prepare technical documentation/logs
- Coordinate patches, configuration updates, and permanent fixes
- Support go-lives, upgrades, reconciliation, and cutovers
- Optimize SQL queries, forecasting jobs, and runtime performance
- Create runbooks, KB articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in on-call production support rotation
Preferred Profile
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with retail merchandising/finance teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced production support environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
