As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.

What can you expect?

• Support the development cycle of complex software systems in the areas from requirements to software testing
• Optimize and automate workflows: Design, model and evaluate software development processes and test and improve the quality of software. This is how you design software solutions efficiently and innovatively!
• Create change: Develop future-oriented concepts and software solutions, drive technology trends and play a key role in shaping progress in various industries
• Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Be part of building up INVENSITY’s business in Sweden and work in professional and international software teams
• Share and expand your technical know-how: Get onboarded to global organization's center of excellence and collaborate with technical experts in your area
  
  

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• experience in software development, using one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Matlab/Simulink. Experience in embedded software development is a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure DevOps or AWS is a plus
• Passion for designing and developing complex software systems
• Interest in software and safety engineering, process management, method development, software project management, cloud solutions or data solutions
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
