Microsoft Endpoint / Intune SCCM Specialist
Locations: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Noida
Travel: Up to 75%
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Endpoint / Intune CSA with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows and Cloud Endpoint Management.
The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting Microsoft Intune environments. The role will play a critical part in ensuring effective endpoint deployment, configuration, security, compliance, and ongoing management across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows 10/11, Azure/Entra ID, Windows 365, AVD, and other cloud-based endpoint and AI services.
Primary Skills & Non-Negotiable Requirements
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
- Strong hands-on experience configuring, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune.

- Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS devices through Microsoft Intune.
- Awareness of Linux onboarding to Intune.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Experience with third-party endpoint management solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, and Munki.
Windows 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop
- Good working knowledge of Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
- Good understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Strong understanding of cloud endpoint management architecture.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and Windows Hello for Business.
- Awareness of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot capabilities within Intune.
Intune Migration & Transformation
- Experience leading or supporting endpoint migrations to Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on experience with migration scenarios such as:
- JAMF to Intune migration for macOS management.
- Migration of macOS applications to Intune.
- SCCM to Intune migration.
- SCCM/Intune Co-management implementation and workload migration.
Advanced Intune Capabilities
Strong knowledge of the broader Microsoft Intune ecosystem, including:

SCCM / Configuration Manager
- Strong knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) features and capabilities.
- Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD).
- Level 300–400 troubleshooting capability in SCCM.
- Strong understanding of SCCM and Intune Co-management.
- Experience supporting SCCM-to-Intune migration initiatives.
Azure, Automation & Reporting
- Good knowledge of Azure Identity and Access Management, particularly Microsoft Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API.
- Ability to develop and customize solutions for Intune management and reporting.
- Experience integrating Intune reporting with Power BI and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Kusto Query Language (KQL) for Log Analytics and Windows Update for Business reporting.
- Experience automating Intune processes using:
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Graph API
- Azure Logic Apps
- Power Automate
Networking & Troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including:
- TCP/IP

- Ability to capture and interpret Fiddler traces for troubleshooting endpoint and application-related issues.
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and support for cloud, collaboration, and unified endpoint environments.
- Experience leading the planning, design, presentation, training, and implementation of technical solutions aligned with customer, business, and technical objectives.
- Ability to evaluate emerging Microsoft Intune capabilities and industry trends and recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive them through to resolution.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with business decision-makers, stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
The role will provide technical leadership and ownership across the client's endpoint management environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide 100% technical leadership for endpoint management activities and escalations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows, and Cloud Endpoint Management.
- Engage directly with stakeholders, business decision-makers, application owners, and technical teams.
- Lead complex troubleshooting activities and provide clear, actionable resolution plans.
- Drive issues and escalations through to closure, ensuring appropriate follow-up and stakeholder communication.
- Design, implement, and support Intune and SCCM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Lead endpoint modernization, migration, and Co-management initiatives.
- Collaborate and partner effectively with internal teams, external teams, and client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement of the endpoint management environment.
- Provide technical recommendations and contribute to the roadmap for future endpoint transformation.
- Conduct technical presentations, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training as required.
- Stay current with Microsoft Intune, Windows, Azure, and Cloud Endpoint Management developments and recommend relevant improvements.
