Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced L3-level professional with strong expertise in Endpoint Engineering and End User Computing (EUC) transformation within large, global enterprise environments. The role requires deep hands-on technical capability combined with leadership experience to drive modern, cloud-first workplace solutions that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of endpoint platforms and execute complex transformation programs aligned with business and security objectives.
Key Responsibilities Technical:
- Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Windows Autopilot - new device provisioning and existing device onboarding
- Device compliance and configuration profiles
- Patch & Update Management
- Windows Server patching (on-prem and cloud-hosted)
- Endpoint patching for Windows 10/11
- Feature updates, quality updates, and hotfix deployment
- Patch testing, phased rollouts, rollback planning, and reporting
- Microsoft 365 & Identity
- Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- Conditional Access, MFA
- Hybrid identity and device join (Azure AD / Hybrid Azure AD)
- Security & Compliance
- Endpoint security baselines
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration
- BitLocker, encryption policies, threat protection
- Automation & Troubleshooting
- PowerShell scripting for device management and remediation
- Monitoring, logs, and root-cause analysis
- ITSM tools and change management processes
- Proven ability to architect, deploy, and manage modern, cloud-first endpoint solutions
- Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments in global organizations
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
- Ability to design and maintain secure, resilient, and standards-aligned endpoint platforms
- Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance requirements, and risk posture improvement
Tools & Technologies:
- Provide technical leadership for Microsoft endpoint and workplace platforms, including:
- Microsoft Intune
- SCCM / MECM
- Windows Autopilot
- Azure Update Manager
- Windows 365
- Guide adoption of modern management and cloud-native endpoint architectures
