About the RoleAs the Chief of Staff, you’ll be at the epicentre of all things strategic, operational and growth-oriented. This isn’t a “typical” role - think of it as part strategist, part operator and part right-hand to the founders. You’ll be instrumental in helping us grow, streamline and scale, keeping our day-to-day running smoothly while working on initiatives that propel us forward. What You’ll DoStrategic Partnering: Work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape and drive the company’s vision and strategy.Investor Relations: Support in creating investor decks, preparing communications and assisting in fundraising efforts.Culture Builder: Lead by example to cultivate a collaborative, energized, and innovative culture that attracts and retains top talent.Project Management: Own and oversee high-impact projects, from initial idea to successful execution, ensuring alignment with our goals.Operational Improvement: Streamline operations by identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions and optimizing processes for efficiency.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison across departments, making sure teams are aligned, timelines are met and everyone is moving in the same direction.Data & Insights: Dive deep into data, conduct research and provide insights that guide strategic decision-making. What You Bring1 - 2 years experience in a Chief of Staff or founder's office role in a fast-paced startup.A relentless approach to problem solving for tackling challenges with creative, innovative solutions.Ability to juggle multiple hats and jump into new challenges, even if they’re outside your usual scope.Strong written and verbal skills to simplify complex ideas and keep stakeholders in sync.Analytical comfort with numbers and data-backed strategy-making.Passion for web3 is a big added bonus as understanding of blockchain technology plays an important role in how we’re redefining the internet.
