International Chat Support

IntouchCX is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of International Chat Support. In this position, you will engage with customers through real-time chat, providing effective solutions and ensuring a stellar experience. Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding verbal and written communication to address customer inquiries. - Assist customers by managing 3 to 4 chat sessions simultaneously with precision. - Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 6 months of experience in International chat support. - Typing speed of over 32 WPM with 90% accuracy. - Immediate availability to join. - Pursuing candidates or those serving notice periods are not eligible. - Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including nights.
