About the role

Intouch CX is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative! Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via voice and/or non-voice channels (e.g., phone, email, chat). Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and resolution time. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to write content. Proven customer service experience. Ability to work in an in-office environment. Eligibility: Students, all engineering, bachelors of all courses, arts of all courses and all others are eligible. Freshers are welcome.
