About the role

As Senior Manager, Careers & Alumni Development – India, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Return & Connect in India. You'll work closely with overseas universities, employers, and industry groups to develop initiatives that create meaningful career opportunities for returning Indian graduates. Key Responsibilities šŸ”¹ Strategic Leadership & Advisory Develop and execute INTO's India strategy for Return & Connect. Advise partner universities on enhancing their career services for Indian students and alumni. Design and implement major graduate recruitment initiatives in India. šŸ”¹ Employer Engagement & Partnerships Build strong relationships with Indian and multinational employers. Encourage participation in Return & Connect's graduate recruitment and internship initiatives. Support employers in enhancing their employer brand and developing bespoke graduate recruitment services. šŸ”¹ Project Leadership & Management Lead major projects on behalf of overseas universities. Manage teams supporting these projects, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact. šŸ”¹ Graduate Careers Advisory & Insights Provide expert advice on the Indian labour market to overseas university careers teams. Conduct webinars, social media content, and local insights to guide returning graduates. Host events to equip students with best practices for job search and interviewing. šŸ”¹ Alumni Engagement & Student Recruitment Support Develop alumni engagement strategies for overseas universities in India. Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to promote alumni and employer success stories. Organise events connecting prospective students with alumni and industry leaders.
