Roles and Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Support shipping and liner operation applications.
Coordinate with development teams and vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
Perform impact analysis, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Prepare business requirements documents, solution specifications, and user guides.
Manage support tickets, change requests, and service levels.
Work closely with business users to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Support compliance, audit, and operational improvement initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in Shipping, Maritime, or Logistics domain.
Strong understanding of EDI/EDIFACT transactions.
Experience with shipping applications, liner systems, or maritime platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in application support and business process improvement.
