About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in client requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, and testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for solutioning, assessments, and design workshops
- Review and document functional specifications and ensure quality delivery across multiple platforms
- Configure and implement SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2) solutions
- Work on integrations between SAP C4C/SVC2 and S/4 HANA or ECC systems
- Support Service Cloud implementations in Utilities, including Meter-to-Cash processes
- Configure customer service processes such as Business Master Data, Move-In/Move-Out, Disconnection and Reconnection
- Work on integration with SAP ISU modules including Device Management, Billing, and FICA
- Handle service orders and notification scenarios in C4C-S4 environments
- Support BPEM case integration and testing
- Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and end-user training
- Work on both Implementation and AMS projects
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
- Stay updated with latest SAP technologies and industry trends
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP CRM / SVC2 Consultant
- Strong experience in the Energy and Utilities domain
- At least one full implementation experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1 or V2)
- Hands-on experience in Sales and Service Cloud configuration
- Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash process
- Experience with Service Cloud for Utilities is preferred
- Knowledge of SVC2 components such as layouts, business roles, code list mapping, ID mapping, and KUTs
- Experience in C4C and S/4 HANA or ECC integration
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- SAP Utilities Certification
